Our ten year old son plays soccer for a small academy in our neighborhood. They have a mini league made up of other teams in the area. Most weekends, they have matches against other teams. A few weeks back, they played a team and lost five-nil. Our son was very sad and cried all the way home. Some days, things just don’t go as planned despite our best efforts. And that brings me to what I have on my mind….the beautiful word called tomorrow.

We don’t win every day. Some days humble us and remind us we are human. And when we don’t make it, we need to dig deeper and give it another try, …tomorrow. Tomorrow is an open door we walk through every morning, despite the failures of the day before. All that is required from us is to show up, ready to try again.

The year is coming to a close. It’s possible that some of what you set out to do did not happen even after pouring your heart and energy into it. Maybe you aimed for a new job, a promotion, finally getting your own house or growing your business. If what you put your efforts into has not yet delivered results, I am here to encourage you. You still have tomorrow. The beauty of tomorrow the hope for better and the opportunity to try again.
Tomorrow is an open door. Tomorrow does not hold your mistakes against you. Tomorrow is hope renewed. Therefore, step into it with confidence, courage, and grace.

Gratitude: This week, I am grateful for all that I was able to achieve. Ticking off something from my to-do list is a great feeling, and God willing, tomorrow i can do it again. 🙏
Gratefully
