When the big wins feel few and the year feels shorter than your to-do list, remember His grace didn’t take a break. It showed up in laughter, in breath, and in the strength to try again. This is a reflection on the gifts that never made the highlight reel yet made all the difference.

Brave or Crazy?
Bravery and madness often look identical at the start. What determines the label isn’t the action itself but the outcome and the perspective of those watching. The bravest thing you can do is take the step anyway, knowing that progress rarely comes from playing it safe.
Their Story Is Not Your Story
Just because someone else failed doesn’t mean you will. Learn from others’ stories, but don’t let their failure inspire fear and define your future.
Why working women need a tribe (and how to build one)
And just like that, January 2025 has ended! It’s as if you blink and the month is over. I am not going to ask if you are still on track with your goals 😃. January was a wild juggling act for me. For the first time in twelve years, we no longer have a live-inContinueContinue reading “Why working women need a tribe (and how to build one)”
Do you really need to study for an MBA in 2025? Weighing the pros and cons
If I had invested the ~$10 000 that I paid in tuition fees for my MBA in Tesla’s initial IPO in June 2010, i would have bought approximately 588 shares at $17 per share. Tesla has since undergone 2 stock splits. 5 for 1 in August 2020 and 3 for 1 in August 2022. These splits would have increased my share count to around 8 823. As of today, 25 January 2025, the Tesla share is ~$406 per share. An investment of $10 000 would be valued at $3 582 352,94! Obviously, this is a very simplified calculation that does not include transaction costs, potential dividends, and taxes, but I am sure you get the idea.
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t regret studying for my MBA when I did. As someone who mentors many young professionals, I believe it’s important to present both sides of the argument.

Bold moves and big wins: 2024 reflections
Today’s post is a testimony of my gratitude to God for the year 2024.
Tomorrow…
We don’t win every day. Some days humble us and remind us we are human. And when we don’t make it, we need to dig deeper and give it another try, …tomorrow. Tomorrow is an open door we walk through every morning, despite the failures of the day before. All that is required from us is to show up, ready to try again.
Yet To Be Answered Prayers
Don’t let the end of a calendar year discourage you regarding your still to be answered prayers. What seems like a delay is often a divine setup. Your prayers are not forgotten, and the God who sees every tear and hears every whisper is still writing your story. Rest assured that His timing is always right. Keep believing, keep praying, and keep expecting—God is still at work.
Stop And Smell The Roses
Ladies, let’s talk. When was the last time you stopped and did nothing? And no, quickly scrolling through your phone doesn’t count. I mean, actually pause and be in the moment. Between juggling a career, a family, fitness goals, and a social life, it’s easy to get caught up in the busyness of life. IContinueContinue reading “Stop And Smell The Roses”
It’s been a minute
Sometimes the pruning and shedding is beyond your control and other times you need to intentionally take actions that are uncomfortable in the short term but are very beneficial in the long term.
Easter 2020, our hope renewed

Motherhood….8 years on
Today marks 8 years of motherhood for me. If you see me being extra today, bear with me. Read the story of Minana, then you will understand!
Feel the fear and do it anyway!
Take action inspite of your fears. The reason people with half your capabilities are sometimes achieving their goals and doing better than you is because they dared to take action. Don’t let fear paralyze you.
